I tend to leave Winnie's toys just laying around on the floor. Today I was vacuuming the couch when I noticed that the vacuum started to sound and smell really funky.
Lo and behold, the vacuum had gotten hold of the remaining arm of Winnie's monkey toy (there are normally two long arms, but Winnie killed the other one a couple weeks ago).
I managed to pull out the arm, which was totally caught in the vacuum's suction-wheel-thingy. My poor appliance was letting out smoke and the monkey's arm was...well, pretty much dead.
Now we have an armless, legless monkey.
It's okay, we don't discriminate here!

Awww poor monkey! We have eyeless and armless babies around here too. They are still loved. =)
Hi Winnie,
I've got lots of armless, legless - and even headless stuffies around my house...by the end, they are usually stuffing-less too! :-)
Slobbers,
Honey the Great Dane
Mom is all the time sewing parts back on, maybe she should just sew up the holes huh? We love our toys!
that's a good vacuum for sure!! we haven't had Koda play with too many cloth toys; I think he would shred them very easily; he likes plastic ones that squeak a lot and tennis balls
hope all is going good :)
betty
haha poor monkey! Most of GIbson's toys look the same (but they are also disemboweled) and then he just plays with the legs like they are the funnest toy ever lol
It looks like a bowling pin in the second picture, haha.
